Either is acceptable. I find that older people call them sweaters, whereas younger people call them jerseys.

Jersey is a bit of a contemporary term.

True.

And the size doesn't matter for me as...I normally would have to get a size 54 or 56..that and the 2.0 Edge size are almost the same. The only thing that change is the width and that's about it. And for 50$ it was hard to pass upon it as its gonna be my first Sens jersey and be an Alfie jersey once I get it. Doubt I'll put the allstar patch on it but I'll see in time.

A lot of people have the get togethers on Sunday night though.

A lot of people visit family far away, and driving home Monday morning is a lot easier than driving home Monday after supper. It applies to kids who came across the province from Universities just to be home.

Pretty much this. Even though Monday is the holiday, Sunday has always been the true Thanksgiving for me.

Im confused, does Canada have thanksgiving on a different day to America?

Cos I'm pretty sure when I went to New York in '03, Thanksgiving was the day before my birthday, November 26th...

Yeah. Canada has Thanksgiving in early October. The States have it in late November. We're smarter because we're done with our turkey leftovers before Christmas, unlike the US.
