Actually I was behaving myself and avoiding temptation for the most part. Though, I do have some lined up for this weekend.

Congratulations, didn't know you had a new job. So out of the food business or an upwards move in the same field?

Nope... still in food. Just got sick of some of the decision making being made at my old place. I'm actually happy when I'm at work again... Though I'm only in my 2nd week. Also helps that the money and benefits are better.

Should've waited until after the holidays just so you could do this:

Good luck.
Don't know if you mentioned it or want to... Where are you at now? Or if you don't want to say it "publicly" shoot me a PM if you want.

If not ... No problem

Saw stand-up comedian Doug Stanhope at Nietzsche's on Allen tonight. Funny, funny guy.

I'm at Five Guys now... I wasn't openly saying it when I was still in the process of switching companies but have no problems now.

I love FIOS... much faster internet, better picture quality and don't have to deal with TWC.

Upload and download speeds are significantly faster than what we had with TWC. So far, fewer DVR issues or outages. I have no complaints so nothing really in the "con" category.

Escazu is inland right? Somewhere near the capital?

Something I read recently -- Columbia regularly rates in the top 5 for contentment/happiness as rated by a countries own residents.

I've yet to have a friend say anything bad about Fios. I'm super jealous that I'll never see it where I live, but hopefully next year I'll move to one of the areas that has it.

Escazu is basically the Beverley Hills section of San Jose. It has everything you could want; restaurants, nightlife, security etc. Its a few hours to the beach and that's Jaco so not exactly the greatest, but the best ones are in areas that are way too quiet for me.

Not only does Colombia rate highly with its own residents but has a sterling reputation now as a retirement / expat destination.

You should go with trick. Nobody these days seem to take the trick option over treat.

Yeah, parents gave me the evil eye when I filled the kids bags with mousetraps.
