AHL live or whatever they call it is so amateur it's hilarious.
Yep, only 200 bucks to follow one team with 1980's high-school level production values. It's crazy how bad it is considering how expensive it is. At least the audio dropping out and distorting, lag, etc. is offset by being able to listen during breaks.
Peters scored on a Mormina rebound that was deflected on the way in by Holzapfel. If Holzapfel didn't touch it (not sure if he did), Morrow would get secondary assist.
Dumoulin with a couple of nice keep-ins that shift. Already said before but I'm pleasantly surprised with his offensive instincts so far. Seems to have a good idea of when to pinch and when to get back.
Ugh, wrist shot from the blue-line gets past Thiessen.
Pens did a nifty job of staying on-side, Thompson was carrying the puck and had enough space to let off a hard shot that lead to a big rebound and Tangradi was able to finish.
The more I watch of Tangradi, the more I'm annoyed by how he's been handled the parent club. There's no way he's not a better player than some of the stiffs they ran out there the last 2 seasons. DB's got to bite the bullet and put him in a position to succeed, i.e. not playing on the 4th line. If there is a season this year, he should be seriously considered as one of the top-6 wing options.
I thought about getting tickets to this game somewhere between the blue lines in the lower level, but their ahl website said no tickets were available in those sections....Um really? crowd looks sporadic at best
