You have to understand that this is the plan for the Bills until Ralph sells the team. Why do you think they have 12 million in cap space that can not be carried over in to next year? So he can bank it? Yea yea save it for Levitre and Byrd what ever. This team is way better then they are performing. It is that the coaching just plain out is garbage. I see people putting wins against teams like Miami and the second meeting with the Jets and so on. Don't you think that these teams with the younger q.b.s are only going to get better while the Bills with a 9 yr vet. in Fitz will not? Please someone let me now when this13 or 14 or 15 yr nightmare is over?

P.S. Did Wanny get interviewed after the game. I also think a high school coach with the best team out of Western N.Y. could have made adjustments in the 2nd half with the defense but Wanny had no clue how.

Exactly why you line them both up in the back field and audible into a 5 WR set creating a mismatch between one of them and a linebacker....

I really don't get why people are acting like this game told us new things about this team.

Was nice to see Moorman having a good game for himself. Still upset we let him go.

Come on people. They didn't cut Moorman because they thought Powell was leaps and bounds better than him RIGHT NOW, they cut him because they are about even right now and they feel Powell is the future and that someone was going to pick him up.

Clearly thisd team is no different than other teams the last decade. That performance Sunday was embarassing. NE is probably laughing all the way to the bank about former teammate Mark Anderson's performance. The D was hilariously bad.

Oh Mario Williams, nowhere near worth that $100 mill, way to show up in a big game, homes.

The Mario Williams Report

Full breakdown of Williams PATHETIC performance: http://www.wgr550.com/pages/14384821...entId=11532453

Mario only got double teamed once the entire game, and he was still completely ineffective.

It's sad to see. Hopefully he'll turn it around. He's looking like he just got paid and is now settling. It's still early, though. He did just come back from a season ending injury.

He is starting to prove that he's just in it for the money. I mean come on, if you wanted to win right now and were playing the Bills wouldn't even be a Top 10 or 15 reasonable choice.

As it turns out, he's dealing with a wrist injury:

That's almost certainly what's affecting his play.

A lot of people didn't watch Williams play in Houston. A very up and down player who is streaky (think Stafford like production). He'll have 6-7 sacks in 6 games and 4 in the other 9.

I guess I wonder how a guy gets hurt when that when in 4 games hes only been noticeable on like 2 plays

I agree. A lot of fans overrated him based on reputation. And the Bills overpaid because they had to. He's still going to be a good end for this team, but people should stop looking for Bruce Smith on the field.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams is questioning why he's been fined $15,000 by the NFL for a roughing the passer penalty against the New England Patriots' Tom Brady on Sunday.

Williams revealed on Wednesday that he had been fined for a play that happened in the third quarter of a 52-28 loss to the Patriots on Sunday. Williams was flagged after he was knocked to the turf and his arm caught the back of Brady's leg.

Brady still completed a 19-yard pass to Wes Welker. The penalty gave the Patriots the ball at the Bills 6, and Brady scored two plays later to tie the game at 21.

Williams intends to appeal the fine, questioning what he did wrong when attempting to make a tackle while Brady still had the ball.

I guess you're not allowed to fall on Tom Brady.

If Hightower (or whoever dove at Fitz's legs earlier in that game) or Spikes (for his helmet-to-helmet block on Chandler) doesn't get a fine, I call bull.

Obviously the refs had nothing to do with us losing that game but it's still ****ing insane the kind of favoritism the Pats get from the refs

Mark Anderson is the same though I wouldn't say he had much of a rep.

Mark Anderson is the one that concerns me.... he has had very limited production so far and I would of figured with teams sending four against Dareus and the Williams he would be creating more pressure.

I think we match up much better against San Fran. Not saying we're going to win, because our chances are slim at best, but the score should be closer.

Well, it's tough to give up 52 points, you have to kind of try to do that, so I don't envision them getting there obviously but I doubt it will be close. Unless Chan and Wannstedt make some serious adjustments, either Frank Gore is going to run roughshod over the D or Davis and Crabtree are going to kill them through the air. I would HOPE that if the line isn't generating pressure early on that we start uzing a few blitzes to force Smith into mistakes. Let an opportunistic secondary create some turnovers.

No doubt, but I can see a 17-7 type of game. The 49ers are a run first team. Alex Smith is no Tom Brady. We can actually use Sheppard and Moats. How many plays were they in for last week? Not many.

The point is, we match up terribly againt pass heavy teams. I think the 9ers are a much better match up, but I also thought we'd have a chance against new england, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Haha

I recall the Bills having played well against the Ravens and Steelers in the Gailey era. San Fransisco is a similar team.

Arizona is allowing a lot of sacks..... if Buffalo doesn't rack up 6-7 against them next week I'd be surprised.

Randy Moss has owned Buffalo and the Bills can't cover Davis..... fully expect this game to be a 31-24 game.

Please don't forget that the Bills do have an offense..

Yeah, if Fitz isn't heaving balls directly into defenders' numbers. And I actually like the guy. Great heart, by all accounts a great teammate and when he's on, it's pretty football. But that only gets you so far and he has to stop having disastrous games like the ones against the Jets and Pats(specifically: he needs to stop having those games inside the ****ing division). Say what you want about the defense in those games, every time the offense needed to have a decent drive, they flamed out. Mas consistency, por favor
