I thought it was a great episode. No shtick, just the characters by themselves.

Other than the cameos, they brought the stupid cutaways back. The public radio one was stupid.

I like it when they don't cut away, but have a random character pop up out of nowhere, like Adam West. "That's for putting one tree in One Tree Hill."

"Did you see the riots too?"

The cameo by Homer Simpson was a bit of a surprise to me. And I think Dan Castellaneta even did the voice!

I don't know if it was him

It would have been hilarious if it was actually him...they had so many cameos in that episode. Did anyone notice where Michael Clarke Duncan was?

I laughed hard at the NPR cutaway. I also laughed at Stewie playing dress-up. Went something like this.

I'm Peter, I work at the brewery. I'm now going to put these pants on and go to work. There's stool in these pants.

He had a voice credit but I'm unsure whether he was in it

Might have been

And it really was Dan Castenella Hilarious to see him actually voice Homer in that episode

I both love and loathe World Series Baseball.

Double shot of FG on Nov 11. New everything else too.

Thought American Dad episode was better. But like it better than The Simpsons episode.

I have them on DVR (stupid Fox NFL coverage going extra so the start times were all messed up). After reading this, I'm not as excited about watching them.

There have definitely been far worse episodes lately, don't worry too much about it. I thought the time machine one was funny. Kinda lazy, kinda creative, but interesting nonetheless.

Oh for sure. It wasn't terrible by any means, just wasn't a favourite.

Maybe it's just because I went in with low expectations based on the post but I thought the time machine episode was hilarious. Stewie with the empty diaper, then going to a full diaper to then going back inside of him was one of the funniest moments of the last couple of seasons for me.

I also enjoyed the second episode where it was just MacFarlane and a bunch of writers and directors talking about 200 episodes.
