Its hard to say, really. Doctors tend to say that sort of thing anyway--the standard disclaimer for anyone participating in any activity that is notoriously hard on your body. I would give it another go, yeah. That's just me. Wasn't a brain injury but i've been faced with a similar choice post-warning before.

I dunno, but I said "**** off" when a doctor wanted to install a baclofen pump above a kidney with a feed directly into my spine...

I chose to play hockey instead.

Thanks for pointing out one of the only positions in football that are safe guarded by the officials. And considering he was already 36, his career was already over.

He had a nasty concussion with Kansas City. I mean really nasty. And then he still came back.
