There is no easy solution.
Everyone has gotten greedy... I can tell you that every community team will be called Lions...

I can't say any more except for the fact that HQ needs to step in and let the minor hockey associations do their job.

I saw on Lac St.Louis site that Andy Brookman was named VP in charge of Lions portion of SIL. I assume that is the AAA/AA responsibility unless my french is really bad!

Someone told me that Brookman had the position VP SIL Lions since last year. It is a two year term. If so, he was involved in the decision to give the community team to Lakeshore for Bantam and for West Island, the Sports Etudes.

There is no one on the Admin committee from DDO, Versant Ouest or Deux Rives.

The Bantam AA Community is actually Dollard's team.. With a West Island coach.

Lakeshore was always getting that Bantam AAA team, and regarding the other teams, everywhere in Lac.St.Louis, on both sides, the setup is similar. The Grenadiers side as well has a SE and Communiry setup.

I am thankful Dollard has no day and you should be as well, Versant Ouest too for that matter isn't great, and the Lions are in there, which would really complicate things.

Gerry Gomez is DR..

DDO is awful, there's 1 good DL coach there, and maybe 3 good coaches...

Was not Isabella picked as a coach elsewhere already?

I cannot see that selection going over well...at all. Again, maybe there were just no one interested.

I can confirm the DDV coaches are Louis Isabella and Ammar Naek, in Peewee AAA and AA respectively.

Isabella is what the AAA's needed, a tough coach.

Great hire.

One month away from tryouts on Lions side:

1) No coaches named
2) No invites to players
3) No word of costs

So who is accountable for this mess. Someone is responsible for this, right?

I think a month away from camp, things should have been resolved.

Anyone know if a list will be posted for camp invites like Mtl AAA has done?

Montreal AAA

In Montreal, the names and dates have been given but still no cost and as of today, Isabella is still coach according to the website.

Over 80 players invited in Pee Wee which is about 20 too many.

I think hockey Quebec requires 60. Also, MTL is a huge territory so not surprised with how many invited.

Which place doesn't suck? LOL. Politics everywhere. Which is why the same coaching faces get recycled.

Why doesn't Gomez take a team? I just assumed he would.
