Yesterday there was somebody that streamed the Red Deer game. I don't know if he'll keep doing it or not. I am a big Blazers fan but I live in Prince George right now. I bought a 5 game pack from that site. The quality is not great, but it works well enough. MY biggest issue is not being able to choose the audio stream, your always stuck with the home team's radio feed. I would love it if they had the option of choosing the radio feed. In The meantime I usually just try to stick to home games but if i have to watch a road game I try to match up the Kamloops Radio Stream to the Video feed.
I think it was 30 bones for 5 games, so its kinda steep, but it's worth it with no NHL.
This is my third season with the WHL package and if you are a huge fan of the league like I am, then it is definitely worth it. I was reading the thread this morning finding out one of the posters was able to stream the PA/RD from yesterday and I was shocked, but I doubt you will have normal, constant streams.
If you have all Root Sports Network you will be able to watch games next year for the Western conference and Shaw. Also the WHL package has a free week some time around Christmas.
The thing I can't get over is charging 300$ + for all the games.
Considering its a 65 game season where there are very little games on weekdays it makes no sense.
NHL Gamecentre or Centre Ice is around 200-250$ for 82 games that are played everyday.
I bought a 5 game pack and i'll just pick and choose my games i guess.
Not to nit pick but its a 72 game schedule. The prices are excessive, but if you are really into it, its not that bad of a hit.
Ive got the Oil King away games. That's 90 bucks. I couldnt afford the 300+ for the league/season. It is a lot of money, but there are really no other options, besides just listening to the radio broadcasts I suppose.
