Vote to get Griffins games on FSD during the lockout

Hey guys not sure if you were aware, but I saw on RWC that Fox Sports Detroit is letting viewers vote on the programming they want to watch during the lockout.

Here is the link...Lets get some Griffins' games!

I just submitted my vote. This is something I've wanted for awhile. Hopefully FSD will go through with it.

Just voted. I sincerely hope they choose to air live Griffins games. At least, make it hockey of some sort. Who the hell wants to watch Pistons preseason games?

Kinda how im feeling, iv watched a few streams but it just isn't fulfilling
my hockey needs. I don't know if it's just the bad quality of the streams or the fact that i have no idea what the announcers are saying and the only players i know are the nhlers.

I think it would be great if they could show the Griffins regardless of a lockout. Put them on FSN+ or something.

I think FSD planned all along to broadcast Griffin games, as this poll seems like a poll to determine if FSD should broadcast them live, or tape-delayed at 11 pm

Well, mine was submitted anyway. If FSD broadcasts their games maybe the chances of ESPN America broadcasting a Griffins game gets greater aswell.

I'd rather see classic Wings games...just not the same old ones that are rehashed and easily available

That is surprising, you are in the minority there. I voted for live Griffins games, never seen one and would be thrilled to watch some AHL. It's the next level of devotion/understanding of the Detroit Red Wings, IMO. It is almost 2013...time to get with the times

Oh, I guess I thought we needed to be an American viewer and provide a valid address, etc. Well I just put Detroit, Michigan. Hopefully it counts. AHL hockey is better than no hockey.

that's just it though. you know that if they show classic games, it's going to be the ones we've seen hundreds of times

Nice to see some KHL action on ESPN2.

I could probably get behind Moscow Dynamo if they would rock an olde english D on their sweaters.

Watched the kHL game earlier today on Espn. I found it incredibly boring. Dynamo sat back pretty much the entire game. Kind of surprising for team with ovechkin on it.

I hope this doesn't mean these games are being shown instead of Griffins games. I'll take anything at this point, even tape-delayed games.

Pretty sure that is what it means.

Sucks, I don't even like regular season Piston games, let alone preseason games.
