Connor Brown has some upside. I really like him and it's pretty crazy that only after his first season he's a captain. He's a hard worker and is a character kid. I agree that he is definitely better than a 6th round selection.

I'm watching the Guelph game and I just love Finn's game. If he needs to improve anything, it's his skating.

You guys are slacking off, Moose Jaw up 2-0 after the first against Portland, Rielly with an assist. Even strength.

Interactif won't like to hear Gally had a 4 point night. 9 points in 6 games isn't that bad.

Rielly with another point. Shot was blocked but another Moose Jaw player picks its and wrists it home

4-0 Moose Jaw

Rielly with another primary assist. set a man up in the slot who had time to set up and go top glove side.

2 assist only 5 mins into the second

He was also a -1. Not trying to nitpick, but be prepared to hear it.

You better give us a detailed scouting report at the end!

It kind of sucks having our top guy playing out west although that's probably better for his development that he isn't in the direct spotlight.

As others stated Rielly looks absolutely dynamic tonight. Side note Seth Jones is having a lacklustre night. He isn't making great decisions and is losing his coverage a lot. Sure I'm just catching him on a bad night. He does skate very well and is a monster though.

Your right about Jones, although first period I found him to have played a lot better, all around game then this second period. A couple mistakes for sure.

Yeah for sure. I'm also very surprised how Moose Jaw is walking over Portland right now.

Rielly hit the post on a 5 on 3 and then the rebound went to another teammate who hit the crossbar and that rebound was one timed by Brown (the defenseman) and hit the other post. 3 posts in 5 seconds.

never been a fan of sentence structure. As it is clear I am terrible at it. That's if that is what you got a laugh out of because in that case, you're welcome. Ha

I think it was Giroux who said this (if I remember correctly, I could remember it wrong and have the wrong person for all I know) who said that he never once saw a scout from Toronto at the QMJHL games.
