Fraser had a wide open net. Good D by Rampage though.

That looked better than any powerplay they've had all night, and it was at 5 on 5.

Stars are pretty much dominating them. San Antonio just doesn't have the same level of talent.

yeah Dallas looks pretty strong 5 on 5. Play in the other team's end for that amount of time and you're going to get PP chances.
Now, they just have to do something with those chances and they'd have it all figured out.

Credit AHL All-Star Toby Petersen for getting back and making it difficult.

Well it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that Nemeth is further along the development curve.
That said, Nemeth has made some mistakes tonight as well.

Ya but Oleksiak has made me think of Pardy a couple times and I want to forget about him...maybe that's just me.

In the first period, that play Nemeth made from the bench on SA's streaking winger (don't remember who it was) really impressed me. He showed some impressive acceleration to keep him to the outside and negate a scoring chance, considering he started from zero and had to keep up with a guy skating almost full speed. My main concern with this defensive group is that they're not mobile, but Nemeth has eased my mind.

How was that not a penalty? Looked like a knee on knee. Not sure what Star did that but wow.
