Been reading/hearing good things about Tarasov. But my understanding is because he has a 1-way contract with Worcester, so he cannot be called by SJ right?
Also, how do you think his skills will translate to the NHL? Top-6 winger?
Given our lack of scoring off-late and how well Tarasov has done in Worcester, I am very surprised that he has not been offered a contract by SJ.

He has an AHL contract, and can be signed to an NHL contract by any organization. It's still too early to even guess what his skills will translate to in the NHL (or if they even will).
Drove out to Stockton last night to catch the Bulls game. Wow. They've got a beautiful arena out there. Met a lot of really nice people too. I wish we had something that nice here in San Francisco. Too bad SFB played like complete ****

I went to a game there last month. I agree it is a beautiful arena! I plan to go again. Hopefully when Candlestick is torn down a new smaller sized arena will be built there.
It really doesn't have a whole lot to do w/ Kennedy not being there. The team is having the same problems they've been having for the better part of the last 5, 6, 7 years, iffy coaching.
Hamilton, in my opinion, has been 'as advertised'. His defensive game is very, very good. He has good vision, decent hands and is a pretty good playmaker but his offense hasn't quite caught up to the pro game yet.

Agreed, but Kennedy should definitely be quite missed.

He is missed, but to be honest on paper his not being here shouldn't be that big a deal with the players we have. But for some odd reason veteran forwards in general seem to have issues here. Not sure why that is...
How are Matt Tennyson And Alex Stalock looking for next year?? Do you think they can make the jump to SJ?
Stalock is ready to be an NHL backup.
Tennyson will probably be in camp fighting for a spot, but, depending on which D are still around after this year, there may not be a spot for him. Irwin is also ready to play in the NHL.
After a really rough start to the season he's been fantastic, but he's not quite there yet! It would be good for him to spend next year as the starter in the AHL hopefully with Anderson backing him up.
