Anyway realllly like his skillset and hockeysense. he's not the fastest or the most physical but he's not afraid to go in the corners and gets up after every hit. I think he could go from a ppg player in the Q to scoring close to 100 points this year for the Armada.
Watched him last year... Doesn't stick out an awful lot but has the tools and skill to score... Looks like a Zach O'Brien in the making that will go into the corners.

Adam Gilmour, Wild prospect playing with Muskegon in USHL. Absolutely loved him when he played for Noble and Greenough School.

i like this comparison actually. might be biased but i think zucker will be good one day. the kids fast and has the right attitude/work ethic

Undrafted invite to Preds prospect camp. As a goalie myself, I went to watch Hellberg (disappointing showing from him, but that's another story), and was quickly distracted by this guy. Reminds me a ton of Tim Thomas as far as style goes. Not the biggest (spoiled by Rinne/Lindback/Hellberg), but he is built like a tank and plays very aggressively. Preds affiliate immedietly signed him to an AHL deal. This guy can be an NHL goalie some day.
That name alone should grant him playing in the NHL

I agree with everything except of the "Czech Crosby" part . He was born in Czech rep. and last season he played in Sparta Prague, but he's Slovak.

BTW Rumours about new Crosby were from Slovakia, but it wasn't Rway. His name is Patrik Koy .

surprised Rocco Grimaldi hasn't been mentioned. He either makes it as a superstar or doesn't make it at all. no in between at that height...

Brandon Davidson for the Oil

And Henrik Samuelsson. I have been following this kids career since he came to Edmonton. I know for sure he will make it to the NHL. But I think he will be a very good power forward in the future.

Abeltshauser for the Sharks. Watch him play in Halifax, he has a wicked shot although hes scared to use it. Pretty smart, and a big body.

Co-sign, he's been great so far this year.

I'll go with Sami Vatanen as my pick. If he's too popular, I'll say Benjamin Conz. One of these days he'll come over and be the next Tim Thomas.

Jamie DeVane. In Toronto a 3rd line player that fights, blocks shots and works hard is a star

I said Zucker would be a star a couple times on here a couple years ago.

got to see him a few times for US developmental program against teams like OSU and he has some unknown skill to go along with the known intangibles.

Johnny Gaudreau for me. I could see him turning into a Martin St. Louis (lite).

Kevin Roy. Far too often left out in the "undersized guy that could make good", discussion.

For a really obscure name, first year draft passover Justin Kloos playing for Waterloo in the USHL and headed to Minnesota. I have a feeling he'll be drafted next year as an overage guy. A lot of eyes on that Waterloo team this year.

Could play a Nathan Gerbe type role.

I think Johan Larsson will be the next Henrik Zetterberg. Lots of parallels.

You said star, right?

I am not the only guy that likes him over on the Wings board but I am driving the bandwagon in terms of thinking he has star potential. The guy from my avatar Marek Tvrdoň, I think he is going to be a stud. Big kid, skates well and scores in a variety of different ways with good hockey sense. Needs to work a little on consistency but I think he has a huge ceiling. Really do believe he will become a star player, although even I will admit that is an out on the limb prediction at this point. But man I hope I am right and the Wings don't trade him as part of some deal.

Unless he did a 180 since i saw him last, the guy has some skating issues and his hands are not very good. He has NHL size but his skill-set is that of a 4th liner. I dont even think he could stick on the 3rd line with the marlies, nevertheless 3rd line with the Leafs. That being said, maybe he improved but he wasnt very good and i saw him probably 5-8 times last season in Plymouth.

If Roy has a good season in college I'm sure he'll start gaining more recognition. It sounded like he was a big contributor in their exhibition game.

Rasmus Bodin.

Why? Because Hakan fking Anderson picked him in the last round... And nobody knew who the hell he was.

Yeah, I'm probably dreaming lol, but Anderson does have a good history. See Datsyuk, Zetterberg, and Edler.

Huge fan of Jesper Fasth

I think Max Reinhart and Mike Reilly have decent chances too.
