RS and I had the right idea,

I guess I should have gone with my gut and bet all 500.

Having an argument with a blues fan in the international section over whether EJ is better than Scuderi (what?!) Shattenkirk, Carlson or anyone else because he believes EJ shouldn't be on the olympic roster or else Burke plans on losing. Feel like banging my head on the wall because I realize it's getting nowhere.

Why do you argue so vehemently with people about Avs players?

I met Steve Moses today. A very humble and nice fellow.

He's one of my favorite players on the team (Jokerit, Finland) and I was really excited to talk to him for a minute or so before he had to go to do the actual things he was there for (it was in a videogame/floorball/Hi-fi/Ski/FEL(Finnish Elite League) expo).

These are nice moments.
Have you ever been able to chat with one of your favorite players on a team?
I suppose it's not that uncommon. This was just special for me cause I had no idea they were supposed to be there. I was quite baffled when I just saw him and another player just walking like 2 meters in front of me.

It's in my nature, I know them best and I'm bored during work.

Just put 700 down on a draw between West Ham & Man U. And 500 for the Erie Otters to beat Owen Sound Attack.

Manchester United, Manchester City. I didn't know there were two teams and I saw Manchester so I assumed United. I know very little about soccer.

200 on PG beating Kelowna

I put 1500 on Alonso. I'm not going in on 1/2 odds. If Hamilton wins you only get half the vCash back.

Well I just finished the 3rd booking from the hunger games series, a lot of people told the ending sucked but it made sense IMO. What I hated was the forced love triangle, in the end Gale was irrelevant and his ending leaves a lot to be desired same with the mother. Peeta makes a miraculous recovery didn't sit well with me and Haymitch doesn't grow at all throughout the book( even tho he was one of my favorite characters.) Having said that I usually hate ending to most books, this one made a lot of sense.

There was someone on here that said the 3rd book was okay but had some gaps in between. I'll have to agree with him.

I lost on the Erie Owen Sound game but I won the Adirondack Albany game. I'm three for four so far this week.

I think you're right about getting the stake back. What place did Fernando qualify?

I won't take credit for saying that the 3rd book had "gaps", but I do know that I did say that the 3rd book just wasn't as good as the other 2, but that you HAD to read it so that you could get necessary closure to the entire series.

I will agree with you about the forced love triangle. From the onset of the series, I never imagined Gale as being someone who was secretly in love with Katniss. Unless I missed something, I always envisioned him as somewhat of an "older brother" type character to her.

I was pulling for Peeta right when he ****SPOILER ALERT****

Revealed his love at the Tribute's Interviews with Flickerman...that was a nice moment.

Oh God how I hated Peeta's character. I was pulling for Gale, I liked his badassness but sadly he wasn't involved as much as he should've been. For me the worst thing about mockingjay was Prim, the mother, Gale, Peeta's "condition" and the last page of the book. I really hated the last part but all made the book sub par IMO.

The only problem I had with the first 2 books was the love triangle.
