National League B caliber compared to other leagues?

How good is the National League B in Switzerland? And are there any high caliber junior leagues in Switzerland or in high school?

It's a good league, better than the danish, austrian, norwegian or french leagues. Still, each team is affiliated to a NLA team and thus, rather young players play in this league, except 2 non-swiss players allowed on each team. Yes, there's one high caliber junior league called Junior Elite A.
