I sprang for the AHL live stream for this game so I've been watching the Rochester stream

I like this Amerks team... they have a bit of grit. Not used to seeing that

Nice 5 on 3 kill by the Amerks. They got some luck and some great saves by Leggio.

and another penalty by Rochester.

Grasping the facemask on Foligno?! Come again? Johnson then misses wide open net on the 5-on-3 for Syracuse. Amerks take yet another penalty (illegal substitution, lol) after they kill the two earlier penalties. Is this the NFL?

I love the bootleg feeds where you hear the broadcasters talking to each other on commercials and stuff when they don't think the public can hear them.

Leggio did his job stopping the breakaway, can't control every rebound.

He's had a nice game so far. That was a pretty terrible period by the Amerks though. Hopefully they show up in the 3rd.

I think everyone knows what we have in him. He'll be at least a top 6 NHL defensemen and more likely a top 4 when it's all said and done. He's not super flashy or physical though, so no one really talks about him.

I had to open my big mouth about my stream, I can't get it to load, having to switch to the first row stream, see what happens you try to be a good guy and pay and you end up getting ****ed

edit: as i post that it starts working again for the first time in like 10-15 mins, i think they heard me angrily typing

Tough break for Schiestel to be the one late closing on the eventual goal scorer. I can't imagine any of the D have much room for mistakes with all those bodies around.

Conacher makes it 4-3. Lets leave the AHL MVP wide open in the slot...

Brennan again -- he was on with Schiestel for the 2nd goal.

Amerks neutral play is sloppy when they have the puck, just giving it away all over the place

Finley and MacKenzie get crossed up when the forwards flake at their blueline. That looked like Tropp doing the skate-by on the pointman who turned that back.

Sigh, 4-4... Johnson scores after two failed clears by Amerks. Finley trailing Johnson on the play after clowns couldn't get it across the blue line and past the LD. And now Brennan goes to the box after another poor clearance. PP#7.

Make that 5-4 Crunch.
