Predict draft selection order, if season is lost

Assuming that the season is lost, and that the NHL does a lottery like after the last lockout, with the 1-2-3 ball weighting system (and keeping in mind that if I'm not mistaken, Columbus has 3 firsts in 2013, theirs, LA's, and Philly's I think), predict the final order of selection in the 2013 draft. And for those adventurous types, predict the players selected at each pick.

Enjoy!

i've actually wanted to do this just to show the methodology.

going by last lockout's formula:

TEAMS WITH THREE BALLS (7)
Calgary, Carolina, Columbus, Dallas, Minnesota, Toronto, Winnipeg

TEAMS WITH TWO BALLS (6)
Anaheim, Colorado, Florida, New York (I), St. Louis, Tampa Bay

TEAMS WITH ONE BALL (17)
Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Edmonton, Los Angeles, Montreal, Nashville, New Jersey, New York (R), Ottawa, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Jose, Vancouver, Washington

Assign balls alphabetically
Anaheim: 1, 2
Boston: 3
Buffalo: 4
Calgary: 5, 6, 7
Carolina: 8, 9, 10
Chicago: 11
Colorado: 12, 13
Columbus: 14, 15, 16
Dallas: 17, 18, 19
Detroit: 20
Edmonton: 21
Florida: 22, 23

According to mynhldraft.com

22 would net us Ryan Kujawinski.

He plays for the Frontes. Better start watching him more.

I put this on the main board. Extremely interesting.

Basically in all likely hood we're going to end up at 14th unless we either have a really good day, or a really bad day.

Edmonton gets 1 ball and still gets a top 5 pick?

I call shenanigans.

EDIT: I took a crack at it.

Because that is just people throwing out random teams?

I like actually generating a possible list.

What team needs a new stadium and a huge shot in the arm - last lockout it was Pittsburg who was ready to fold and move and they got Crosby - this time it's New York Islanders so they'll win the draft lottery.
