Add Kaleta (neck); had x-rays at arena, went to hospital for more precautionary tests since he's had a history of neck issues.

He might be out a while....and I certainly can't see lindy putting him out there against the Bruins.
Nick Tarnasky, come on down!

I think you'll see McCormick in the lineup against Boston. He was supposedly "very close" to returning.

I hope he is ok. Any new updates? Or how long he's out?

Right hip strain; still out, no real time frame discussed of late.

And, as anyone who has had one of those can tell you, they take a long time to heal completely.

Vogl just tweeted: The Sabres have placed defenseman Robyn Regehr (foot) on injured reserve. He is on trip but is wearing a walking boot.

It looks like we can take McCormick off the list.

I wonder if leino will actually be back this season. I assume the sabres buy him out at the end though, but for now they could sure use anyone.

Yeah, he blocked a shot early in the first, got through the rest of the period and was out after that. He has some kind of lower body injury i think

#Sabres Lindy Ruff: " We got a couple guys that are nicked up that may be doubtful tomorrow."
It's two out of Hodge-Pommers-Ott-Hecht-Ehrhoff...

Looking at TOIs, Ott only had one shift in the 2nd half of the 3rd period yesterday. He's gotta be one, IMO.
The only other minor peculiarity is that CoHo missed the final shift with Vanek and Poms. No idea if that's anything meaningful.

Yeah, I saw Bobby Mac tweet that "Buff is all banged up" and he mentioned a few other teams struggling with injuries as well.
Lindy also said he is worried about Leino's progression. Anyone else think we may not see Leino at all this season?

Great..I'd be surprised if he is back. 25 points last year, possibly missing all of this season. His contract just looks awful right now.

That compliance buyout is looking more and more appealing.

The best part is they can't buy him out if he's injured.
I bet if he doesn't play at all this season and can't be bought of because of injury, he'll play just well enough to give management some hope and will avoid a compliance buyout next summer.

Rochester recalled Lagacé from Bakersfield (ECHL), so perhaps the Sabres pulled someone off the plane to Abbotsford in anticipation that one of the injured players who missed practice today won't be ready to go tomorrow.

Just when you thought the Leino situation couldn't get any worse....unreal.....Reminds me of when the Yankees signed Carl Pavano to a big contract....

What's the deal with injury clause? Does he have to come off IR before the end of the season and play a game to be BO eligible or just pass a physical saying he's healthy?
