Its the little things that make him the player he is.

Jokerit on the PP and Karlsson got the puck on the point, now 99 % of the time that i've seen EK play this season in FEL he doesnt loose the puck and just makes the pass/move he wants to. But he was 1 on 1 with Barkov defending, made a move and looked like Barkov went out of position but instead he recovered super quickly and used his long reach to poke the puck to neutral zone.

Such a special player.

Dissapointed in Hansen but people tend to overrate average NHL players.

Wow, that is quite smart. Where can one find the new links?

Send a message via AIM to f1nn
Nieminen could have been more careful there but bad call IMO

Heard on radio, Barkov apparently gifted Jokerit with an OT win.

Obvious slashing by Moses there. Should've been called.

I wonder if you'd say the same if the roles were reversed and Barkov would be the one forcing the turnover. I bet Barkov would receive praises over here.

And you're saying this based on what exactly? The refs have ignored so many of these slashes this season (even before this one) it's insane.

Because it was a great effort by Filppula (it was him I think), and if the roles were reversed, Barkov would be praised for making a great hockey play.

It was not a slash, not even close. The refs are awful in SM-liiga, but they got this one right.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree here.

He's a defensively strong third liner that can pot some 30 points or so while playing tough minutes. He's PPG in SM-liiga right now. I don't know what else you expected... Chances are he's not even going all out.

He didn't get much done in this game.

I meant this game. Don't much know how he's played overall.

is Barkov going to play at these ET games in december??? http://www.mtv3.fi/urheilu/jaakiekko...-max-sportilta
i hope not.
Last year pulkkinen played 2 games before he join U20 national team.

if Barkov is playing in these games he has to play 3g games in 4 days if tappara goes into final.
and finland u20 plays their first pregame against canada at 20.12.2012 when the final of ET is 16.12.2012

and if Barkov gets injured at those euro games just before WJC...:

He's talking about European Trophy, not EHT.

Half the game played Barkov with 1 goal, primary assist by Hansen.
