Exactly. And if you have tourists who don't speak the language then have someone who is able to help them and buy the ticket for them. Or at worst, go to the old face-to-face with them. I also found this;

Ray, some workouts I do, usually mix and match them to try and do things that get my heart rate really elevated for 20-30 minutes at a time.
Squats (body weight and up to 50 LBs of weight)
Sprints (my block is about 400 M)
Turkish get ups
Stuff like that. Probably forgetting some, but that kind of stuff. I've been considering either a weighted vest to make all the running and body weight stuff slightly harder, or a box so I can start doing good plymoetrics again. Just wondering if you had any more ideas, because I'm so bored and that makes it too easy for me to skip workouts.
