Not true, or at least it seems not true.
We had 12 people in the chatroom a night or so ago.
I couldn't get in the room, and I signed up with my e-mail account, they sent me a password and I typed it in and I was #12 in the room.

No payment needed.
I believe you get a sort of promotional premium status when you register at first, which is why you can send chatzy PMs and be over the limit for a while. After some time, though, it expires, and "regular" registered users can't get those same perks.

You've posted this in every league you're in.
Maybe you should drop one or two of your leagues and focus on playing one league and save some of these "wasted hours".
If you've got more important things to do, reduce your video game sessions.
Also, there are ALWAYS players in the chatzy looking for games.
Myself included, and you were no-where to be found last block.
So man up, or get out as we have people on the reserve list.

I invited you three times last week as the devils in this league. You left the xbox on, but were idle / away. I don't think its fair to suggest you're the only one trying to get the games in.
We've done a good job keeping things rolling so far. Let's focus on that rather than who's the most responsible for making sure the games get played.
You should stop by the chatzy though. It's quite active.
