Duke will be #1, as they should have been for the past few weeks. Cant wait for Zona/Florida tonight.

Said the idiot. RT @drewsharp: Sounds like IU-Butler put on a good show. But it's still Dec hoops. Who cares! No real bearing on March.

Not a well played game from IU by any stretch of the imagination. Out rebounded on both ends, free throw shooting was awful, and Zeller got worked inside. Crean refused to use the team's biggest strength, their depth, and his under use of timeouts is inexcusable.

Syracuse is the best team in the country. No team can go as deep as Cuse can. Michael Carter Williams is on the verge of superstardom.

Southerland is very good but too inconsistent. Michael Carter Williams will be a future NBA all star. Leads NCAA in assists, had 12 assists in the 2nd half tonight and the scary thing is he hasn't even developed a shot yet. Once he does he will be utterly dominant. He has the perfect size/length and is uber athletic. By far the most improved player in the nation, though he didn't play that much last year due to the insane bench SU had last year... SU's 6th man off bench Last year is a top 4 draft pick and a favorite for the rookie of the year

Arizona's football team pulled out an improbable victory in the New Mexico Bowl on Saturday. The basketball team made it a daily double by doing the same thing to Florida later that night.
Mark Lyons hit a contested layup with 7 seconds left and the eighth-ranked Wildcats rallied from a six-point deficit in the final 56 seconds for a 65-64 victory over No. 5 Florida that capped a wild day in Arizona athletics.
''It's a great day for us,'' senior forward Solomon Hill said. ''Both teams looked ugly at times, we both made our share of bad plays, but we kept staying in there and fighting.''
The football team got things started by scoring two touchdowns in the final 46 seconds to beat Nevada 49-48 in rainy Albuquerque.
The basketball team looked as though it had no shot of adding to the occasion, struggling against Florida's mix of zone and man defenses to fall behind by 11 points in the second half.

That's what I said when I heard he was a Mormon. I don't think there's anything about this kid that's really normal when speaking about top recruits.

Im so happy for Temple. Fran Dunphy may be the best coach ever not to reach the sweet 16. Great coach. Hopefully one of these years he finally gets there.

Hate is a strong word. I reserve that word only for the Cowboys. I do no like Syracuse, but Alumnus Donovan McNabb is one of my favorite Eagles ever. I grew up watching Big 5 basketball so Temple knocking off another top 10 for a 2nd year in a row is awesome.
