Make sure you get whoever the room captain is to set the option that matches goalies. Basically there's an option that means when we have a human goalie we only play teams with a human goalie, or if we have a computer goalie we only play teams with a computer goalie. Useful if we're playing with less than 6 people. Although if the option doesn't reset by itself I left it on the other day when you were playing in goal.

I've got five games left this period and I doubt I can get on much tonight.
I can be online from maybe 9am-1pm roughly but after that I've got my girlfriend round. Send me a message on here and I might be able to get on for a quick game there and then but no guarantees. Would be sad if I couldn't play Buffalo, Boston and Tampa since they're in the playoff hunt with me.
I am sitting Eriksson, Benn, St Louis and Lehtonen for my last sim game. Sat them vs San Jose too and lost 7-2. Bachman is a horrible goalie haha, but hopefully his rating improves a bit before next year

Which is why I am thinking of kicking them all out tonight, extending the period a day so teams can play the computer if they choose to. Still not really sure if that's a bad idea though.

Nash can maybe get on at 11-11:30 CNT/12-12:30 EST and play one, possibly two, but it would take a bit of effort to do so (taking a half day at work and meeting people at the golf course at 12:30 CNT). Are there any other times you'd be available - like tonight? If not, I could do it with some guarantee that we could start promptly once I got on (sorry if that sounds dick-ish/entitled, wasn't meant to).

Wouldn't it be even worse for a GM-less team to be in the playoffs? It would basically be a free round 1 bye for a user-controlled opponent. Unless you're absoultely certain that they are fully AWOL (like you were with my predecessor, since he flat out said it), I would vote to wait for now.

If you leave them in and go to the playoffs and they still arent around, then would the games have to be simmed? Or can you just boot them then at that point? Hard choice really.
As of now how many playoff teams(or people close to playoffs) aren't around? BOS, PIT, who else?

As it stands now these are the teams that will need replacements.
I have a few people that I can probably get but if I will add them after this period (aka the playoffs). If I add GM's tonight their is the chance that they will not be on tomorrow to play their games and we're back at square one really for this period making the extension pointless.

Caps Vs. Flyers (Active vs. Active)
Habs Vs. Bruins (Not Active vs. Not Active)
Rangers Vs. Panthers (Active vs. Not Active)
out for the weekend, with two games left to play and .

Ah damn, sorry. I haven't been around much but you were the person I figured I'd be able to catch today. I won't play against the cpu - I think it's fairer if I let it sim the result personally.
Ah cool thanks. I guess I am likely playing STL, who I'm pretty sure I lost both times I played human games. Only 1 sim game for me, I better not get any more injuries.
Gonna be gone till about 8PM, if you have a game against me and you can't wait till then, I've set my CPU up to play (a game against me is pretty much a guaranteed win at this point anyway).
