I had one in my cart on probably 5 or 6 occasions only to have their servers error out on me and delete it from my cart.

Very, very frustrating.

Google says it isn't sold out, but I haven't had any success after nearly two hours.

Just crazy.
... Not that fast.

Playing with an LTE Iphone 5 today. Ran 40 mb/s down, 10 mb/s up on network, same speed test app. My Note 2 runs similar.

I finally got through a couple hours after they started selling thanks to a coffee cup on my enter key (when the est. ship time was still 1-2 wks for the 16GB model). Now I just have to wait and see if that turns out to be true.

Google has changed the behaviour of their Play Store such that you cannot submit an app review unless you have a Google+ account I just discovered it this morning.

It is pretty good for a budget 3G network, though.

I had no idea that LTE is so limited in its rollout so far. At the mall they have a tower, but nowhere else around town. Most locations here are simply HSPA+. Still good enough for everything I need, but it seems like false advertising by Bell.

Anyone try the uTorrent app so far? I can get well over 1 MB/s download speeds over wifi, it's a fantastic app.

I'm trying the "replacing my iPad and iPhone with one device" experiment with my Note II. Comics, books, web surfing, video, podcasts all good with the all day battery. Looking forward to getting the 64GB card for music.

Ya I need a 64GB card now that media is worthwhile on a phone.

I can't believe the difference in battery life on the Note 2 vs my old HTC.

I can run video for over 2 hours, make 5-10 calls, send countless texts and updates on facebook and twitter, listen to about 45 mins of music and when I get home still at 70% + battery... o_O

Crazy. Just the video would eat through my Desire Z battery in no time.

That's excellent speeds for an AWS HSPA/HSPA+ network.

Unfortunately, Verizon is the worse offender when it comes to limiting Wifi tethering when you try to bypass their "Wifi Hotspot fee".

It's actually HTC that's doing the limiting on the rezound. Fcc said Verizon can no longer block apps that turn on the mobile hot spot.

Chrome for Android (11/28/12 release) is simply stunning. The new release has almost no stuttering and is now extremely usable on my Bionic. Before, I had a lot of freezes and would take a second to do many tasks, now it's smooth as butter.

I'm not a big fan of the bookmark system in Chrome. Clunky icons. Not much customization. Is there a way to make them more manageable, or is it likely to be in a future update. ..

It pulls bookmarks directly from Google Sync, so it's a little slow in loading compared to locally stored bookmarks. But no customization, as of now, you're right, it's less than elegant.
