I'm looking for more consistency from the team as they get more used to playing together. The development of the younger players is key for me.

I'm just wanting to see the NHL guys, or guys who might be on the NHL team when it comes back doing well. I want the team to win, but I really don't care about Sislo, or Jay Leach, or Sestito, or guys who probably won't be in the NHL unless there is depth or injury issues.

So far Josefson, and Larsson look too good for this league night in, and night out. Henrique doesn't look too bad, but he certainly doesn't look as consistent. Tedenby looks jekyll, and hyde again, and Butler doesn't even look like an AHL player. He looks more like a Federal League player in the games I've watched.

As long as Larsson, Josefson, and Henrique are clearly surpassing the league average I'm happy. This isn't setting their development back.

They're all I care about too, but I think one of Tedenby, or Butler will make the NHL team. Neither looks that great now, and Butler looking particularly whatever.

I would take both Tedenby, and Butler in the NHL lineup over Janssen though as I've said. I'll be pissed if they're not both up there, and he is. Unless a trade is made or Sykie re signed.

Tedenby just scored. 1-0 Devils. Thanks to the CTWhale's twitter.

I really wanna watch this cause I'm occupied Saturday nights. I'll check the Rangers board for a stream.

I'd be good just to find a radio feed. Whale's twitter said 1290 AM. 1290 AM don't stream online though. This is definitely the first game of the season so far I haven't seen anybody link a stream to.

We are in the dreaded 2nd period. Not one of Albany's best from what I've seen so far this season.

Man this play by play guy. He's more dramatic than Doc. You think a shot's going in by his decibel level rising, and then he says it went wide!

Butler hits the post in the shootout too!

No shootout goals for the Devils. One for Connecticut.

Ugh. Saw this on twitter. Too much like the Maclean Devils for my liking.

Sounds like Butler's squeezing the stick a bit, which makes sense considering his predicament. 3 posts in one night?

Not only 3 posts in one night. 3 posts in FIVE minutes! And maybe he even hit more in regulation, and I just didn't hear it. Someone else did hit a post in regulation.

I always hate seeing losses where they outshot the opposition so badly. Maybe the goalie stood on his head, but more likely they didn't create or finish on the types of chances they needed to.
