Coverage isn't something you play call.

It's always funny how fans blame the coaches. 90% of the results are determined by the players executing. They actual plays called mean very little.
If only 4 guys are rushing, you have 7 in coverage...yet their top receiver is all by himself? And that's not Wannstedt's fault?

Anybody else get the feeling the Bills aren't going to score again today? Unless it's on a turnover or a special teams play.

On a positive note, Gilmore is all over the place. He's gonna be a good one.

What's the point? Wilson and his cronies will just hire a whole new staff of third rate coaches that nobody else wants.

Bend and break, the best kind of defense.

That wide open Wayne play was embarassing

He doesn't cover anybody, so no. Most defensive schemes are very simple. They rush four, play man coverage and have two deep safeties. That's like 75% of the play calls in the NFL on a 4-3 defense where you rush 4 guys. It's up to the players to execute and they just don't.

You overestimate how much control a guy sitting in a boom far above the field has. He calls the defensive play 35 seconds before the ball is snapped and after that the players take over.

Sad thing is we're actually getting decent help from Cleveland and Jacksonville...but the Bills can't do anything themselves.

And when it's not working he...keeps doing it?

I believe they call that "insanity".

Gailey must be thrilled. He can throw the rest of the game. No need to use Spiller.

There's only so many coverages you can run. At the end of the day, when this team blitzes they get absolutely roasted.

The only other thing they could do would be to switch it up and play zone. They played zone a lot when they were setting records for all time worst defense.

The talent just isn't there.

I will chime in on the playcalling, your QB hasn't hit his last 10 passes, so you throw on 1st and 2nd down. Makes sense.

CJ has touched the ball 10 times today. That is the definition of moronic coaching.

We're only down by 2 scores and Gailey calls 3 straight pass plays.

Awww I love how Chan makes sure to share playing time so Fred doesn't get his feelings hurt. 10 carries for a top 10 back in the league good job Chan

Eh, Spiller is better than him, the backup RB can only get so many carries. Especially when you coach outright refuses to run the ball.

CJ has 12 touches and 103 yards. Gailey's use of him defies all logic.
