That Dallas team is very confusing. They could be great by then or they could be a bottom feeder depending on how free agency goes.

NBA Coast to Coast is clutch. Harden and Lin look great so far.

Fire have a play-in game that starts in ten minutes. Calling 2-1 Fire, Rolfe and MacD with the goals.

Kyle Singler was too perfect for the Bulls. 10 pts 2 rebs tonight in 16 minutes in his debut.

They won't be a bottom feeder, Cuban won't let them be

I doubt that. Especially if it means getting new stars on the team via draft.

Dude, the framing Mavs aren't going to be in the bottom 2/3rds of the league for the next 4 seasons. That pick won't be a lottery pick. And oh look, Harden with 37 and 12 tonight

Yea, the 4 seasons after, which will probably be without Dirk, are what worries me.

Yea, he's a good player and the #1 option.

The Fire absolutely pissed away what could have been a great season.

MLB Trade Rumors put out a list of the top 50 free agents and where they will land. Cubs were listed once, with Shawn Marcum

Hasn't his elbow been a disaster?

He had elbow issues this year but pitched all of August and September...ended up with 21 starts. Rumor is he's looking for a 1 year deal so he can hit free agency again. Sounds exactly like the type of player the Cubs would look at.

Would love a 1 year deal... wouldn't touch him beyond 3 years, and those 3 years would have to be a very favorable deal for us to even go that long.

Although looking at his FanGraphs page... I'm surprised to see he "only" throws his slider ~15% of the time most years. I though he was closer to like 25% with his slider.

Marlins hire former catcher Mike Redmon to be their new skipper. Only managerial experience he has had is a little bit in low A ball, but apparently blew the Fish management away in the interview.

I've always wondered what one would say/do in an interview for a coaching job at the professional level, to blow the owners and GM away...

That Bulls game was a fun one to be at. Pretty decent atmosphere and a good game. Probably should have won by more than six, however, I'll take the six-point win and a steal of a deal on the Taj extension any night. Good night for Bulls fans and the organization.
