Looking to trade away our 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks so we don't have to be at the draft.

also looking to trade away our picks.

Disappointed we didn't go further in the playoffs, we believed we had the squad to do it. Next year!

Looking to move into the 1st round of the draft, all picks and most prospects available.
Probably won't move Dumoulin, Harrington or Klingberg, but everyone else is OTB.

I honestly don't know much about this year's class, so my picks all can be moved.

For my "list", can I just send in some expert's list and use that?

Movin' on Down; Leafs deal 3rd Overall to Oilers for 7th, Pouliot

The Toronto Maple Leafs haven't picked higher than the top 5 in quite a while... and it looks like they'll be waiting at least one more year.

The Leafs agreed to a trade today that will send their 3rd overall selection in the upcoming NHL Entry Draft to the Edmonton Oilers in a move that will send the Leafs the 7th Overall selection, as well as highly-touted defensive prospect Derrick Pouliot. The Oilers will also receive Toronto's 3rd round selection in this years draft.

"Given the depth of this draft, and the acquisition of Tomas Tatar and Gustav Nyquist, we felt this was a deal we could safely make as we see several players between 3 and 10 that project around the same level after speaking with our scouts." Leafs GM TribalPhoenix stated in a conference call this evening.

"Derrick was an 8th overall pick in 2012, and we believe will add yet another mobile, dynamic defenceman to our young stable to go along with the likes of Jake Gardiner, Morgan Rielly, Jesse Blacker, Stuart Percy and Matt Finn. At #7, we have our eyes on a few prospects that we see as being first line contributors down the road. We're very happy with this trade."

2nd Stanley Cup in 3 years!!!!

The Boston Bruins are thrilled to have won the Stanley Cup this year. We played a hard-fought series with the Kings and would like to congratulate them on their play. We made some good trade deadline deals and we feel we are set for the foreseeable future with young talent like: Tuuka Rask, Tyler Seguin, Dougie Hamilton, Milan Lucic, and Brad Marchand.

We are looking forward to celebrating this off-season and gearing up for next year!

10th overall :
Option 1) In a package with CGY 2013 2nd round pick to move up in the draft
Option 2) For a young roster player
Option 3) To move down but only for a significant offer

We will also listen to other offers.

PM!
A couple offers but nothing is imminent. We will likely keep our picks at this point but we are still interested to listen to offers.

We're interested in trying to get another pick in the 1st round. Willing to discuss various scenarios.

I really don't agree with Boston winning with their Defense and Goaltending, but congrats!

Confirm.

ACQUIRE 3RD OVERALL SELECTION IN 2013 ENTRY DRAFT

On the eve of the 2013 Entry Draft in New Jersey, the Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs kicked things off with a significant swap of 1st round picks. The Oilers sent Derrick Pouliot and their 7th overall pick to the Maple Leafs for the 3rd overall pick and 63rd overall picks in the draft.

GM Soli gave a brief comment before being shuttled away to a meeting with the Oilers scouting staff.

"We've had high picks before and we have a good handle on their value. The deal came together very quickly. This story is a little unwritten, but I have a feeling that tomorrow we're going to be very happy with the ending."

The reason?

Strictly time and commitments. I've been at the office all day finishing a huge project for Monday morning, and will be back here all day tomorrow as well.

First round will be live draft, 5 minute time limit, starting at 7pm EDT. Second round will be automated.

We will be autoing the draft from www.nhldraftsite.com . If you don't like the rankings, send a list. If you don't send a list, then don't like your pick, I fully won't care.
A reminder about tonight. I've only received 2 lists so far, so if you are interested in NOT getting auto'd, get one in.

I will be doing rounds 1 and 2, and Soli will be doing rounds 3 and 4.

With only 9 hours before the draft begins, Toronto is very interested in acquiring additional draft choices... particularly those in the 1st round!

Inquire within!

would love to move up from 5 to top 3.

Could also move one of their higher 1st round picks for additional later picks

will consider moving the 13th overall pick for a prospect+2nd round pick.

Edit: I am NOT looking for a collection of your draft picks.

We're ready to make our pick with the 4th overall. The pick won't be traded.

We will listen to different possibilities regarding the 10th, 34th, 36th, 64th and 77th overall.
