It's been a fire drill every time the puck enters the Baron's zone.

I agree about Danis. His reaction time seems extremely slow, and he isn't big enough to compensate for that.

Dustin Penner was not allowed to participate due to NHL being locked out.

Schultz is in straight up beast mode tonight, i wouldn't be surprised to see him pot 4 pts tonight if not more. Marincin was terrific in the 1st as he has been most of the season especially defensively, great stickwork although he did make one glaring mistake in the 1st that led to a penalty.
I would overpay big to get Coyle to Edmonton, he would the perfect #2C for us, so strong on the puck.

I thought the Aeros came out hard and caught the Barons by surprise. They were not used to an agressive forechecking team. They adjusted well and started to carry play. That first goal was a lucky bounce and it happens in hockey.

Also for the love of good we get almost 20 seconds of mascot hulahoop by the Barons camera guy and they score on the PP.
I agree. Marincin is complimenting Schultz very well so far, as is Harty on the top line.

Also...that thread is GOLD

I missed the first.

Did Eberle end up playing today?

Edit: Nevermind just spotted him

Vande Velde with a suicide pass to Harski and he got drilled, Teubert came in and ultimately House got into a scrap.

Terry Jones ‏@sunterryjones

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins going to the dressing room. Looks like he got a stick in the face.

Edmonton Oilers ‏@EdmontonOilers

RNH leaves the bench to get stitches after being clipped with a high stick.

Paajarvi sharp angle shot and then jammed at it, under review.

The PP looked pretty disjointed without RNH and Marincin jumping up to the top unit, to be expected since they don't practice together.
