The Tigers got 3 overweight guys in Young, Cabrera, and Fielder. The Giants have Sandoval. The Giants' defense is a lot better because their infielders aside from Pablo and their outfielders can cover so much ground.

When I hear "breaks" talk, I'm thinking of officiating siding with the Giants. When you put your bat on the ball (how many K's for Giants pitching so far?) things happen. Giants have been able to push the pitch-count amazingly well so far whereas the Tigers are being retired fast.
