The game will be shown on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel Rochester - LIVE - starting at 7:00 pm ET with a pre-game show. The game will be replayed on that channel - Sunday morning at 9:00 am ET.

Unfortunately no LIVE showing on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel Buffalo (due to a taped delay high school football playoff game) or Time Warner Cable Sports Channel Syracuse (due to a replay of the Syracuse-UConn football game.) No taped delay showings are scheduled on those two channels either.

Other college hockey on local TV this weekend -

Friday, October 19 - Minnesota at Michigan Tech - LIVE - 7:00 pm ET - Fox Sports Atlantic.
Replays - 10:30 pm ET - Fox Sports Pacific - Saturday, October 20 - Fox Sports Atlantic - 3:30 pm ET.

Saturday October 20 - Minnesota at Michigan Tech - 10:30 pm ET - Fox Sports Atlantic.
Fridays game replayed? or Saturdays game taped delayed?

Saturday, October 20 - Boston University at New Hampshire - LIVE - 7:00 pm ET - Fox Sports Pacific.
Replay - Sunday, October 21 - 1:00 am ET - Fox Sports Atlantic.

Talent. BC is full of it.

I've seen enough games where the Terriers were horrible for the first 2 periods, but then used their superior talent to show up for a period and win games they had no right winning. BC is no different.

Buffalo State shuts out Penn State tonight, 3-0. I hope for their sakes they were just looking forward to tomorrow night's game, because if they come out with another performance like that in front of 10K who wants to see RIT embarrass them (and I'm willing to bet no one on PSU has ever played in front of a crowd like that) it's going to be a long night.

The 1,619 in attendance was a school record.



Also, the delay was indeed for a Buff State injury (as Lax pointed out, no details in any press/blog). The teams went to an early intermission, finishing the 3:11 remaining in the second period upon their return.

From what I could gather via Twitter (from those at the game), a Buff State player went head-first into the boards and was attended to for ~15 minutes before the ended up taking him off on a stretcher. No word beyond that.

Penn State bounces back and beats RIT 3-2 in front of soldout crowd of 10,556 at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY.

Inexcusable loss. Just horrible. The Michigan win may have gotten me too optimistic, but this.....I never thought I'd see a loss like this. They split their first two D-1 games ever to AI-freaking-C. At home.

I'm speechless.

They are coming off their best record in school history from last year, and brought back a lot of their players from what I understand.
