Wasn't a lot of new stuff being told there by Kenny.. Mentioned that they expected more college production from Sheahan but still are pretty high on him finding that offense, and think Aubry could become a 3rd line center.

Really impressed by Gus and Tatar. Sheahan looks pretty good so far too.

Watching the first period makes me realize how much I really miss the Wings. Just read a post on KK titled
"Open Fan Letter to the League on the Current State of Affairs" I've gone back and forth on who I should blame and be angry at. But I blame the Bettman and the owners more. But at the same time I'm mad at the NHLPA as well. I haven't felt the loss of the Wings that much yet. But once the new year comes around it will really hit with no more CFB or NFL. In closing, ef Bettman, greedy/inefficient owners and the NHLPA.

Wow, just got the feed up and running (poorly, damn it) and the first thing I see is a very Red Wings like jersey with 19 on the back but not Yzerman's name. Just weird to look at.

According to Babs tonight, the Wings' first PP unit will be:
Z - Pavs - Mule
Kronner - Sammy
Sammy will be the right-handed point shot and Mule will be the net-front presence.

Paetsch looked terrible out there on the PK. Can't believe he got so many looks in the NHL....Joakim Andersson does not look worthy of an NHL roster spot at all.
Loving Parkes. If he keeps this energy up, then combined with his skating, he should have no problem making it in the NHL as an energy guy.

So the 2nd unit would be..
Nyquist-Flip-Brunner
Smith-Quincey
Kidding. It will probably be
Cleary-Flip-Bert
White-Colia-whatever

More ice time for Aubry please.
And Jurco must get sick of these boring YouTube questions, can reporters at least try and ask decent questions instead of the same old stuff.

Would be nice to see Sheahan center Gus & Tats, he's definitely playing better than Andersson.

i really don't see any offense in sheahan. his PK work looks extremely well though.
aubry is who i'd like to see with gus and tatar for a while. a big body who's showing flashes of skill, that could work.

I can skate better than Joakim. I don't know why so many people are high on him.
