Pato + Robinho seem to be leaving Milan.

Besides, it's not really Arsenal's MO to sign players in January. Henry on loan will be all that happens just like last season. Frankly, if Arsenal wanted Ba, they would have signed him in the summer when they only had one striker signed and he seemed to be touted about.
Indeed, Newcastle will most likely ask something outrageous ala 20-30 mill for Ba... which as good as a player he is, it's not worth it.

I'm realistically expecting Henry for a few weeks/couple months, we'll see a few of our loaned players either get extensions or get called back, possibly might see someone get sold. We might buy, but it'd either be a buy now for the player starting the 2013/14 season, or at a stretch one or two guys but they'd need to be the right price and for a position we need.

I'm wondering when Seydou Doumbia will make the jump to at least an English club, that guy is money every time I see him play

With Atletico doing so well, are they still planning to sell Falcao? They have a huge chance to finish above their crosstown nemesis.

I don't see Falcao leaving till the summer at least, no way the sell with the position they are currently in unless the offer is 40+ million

I thought he had a fixed price out clause?

the offer will certainly be 40+ millions. I say it's gonna be at least 50 millions.

I think 45 million will get it done. For arguably the best out and out striker right now, it would be worth it. Then again, we said that about Torres (even though he wasn't the best at that time). If Chelsea don't pay, Man City will.

Falcao (or another striker) and a CB would be a very good January for the Blues.

45?

At. Madrid isn't going to sell for less than 70 IMO
They paid 45 for him and is a better player than at that time

And that would mean that Falcao actually turns a profit for him. They really made the best out of the Aguero situation.

Euros or GBP? I meant GBP. 45-50 GBP should do it I think. Give them Courtois on another 1 year loan and maybe strike a Tottenham/RM deal with them

He does but the agents get their percentage so Im sure Ba wouldnt mind some more money (and neither would the agents).

I have a feeling if he goes it will be for well above that clause.

I think he's pretty unreliable to be honest. Had Gaston Ramirez going to Liverpool for a whole year only to be completely wrong

Doesn't his problem w/ Inter involve wages? If so, why would Tottenham be interested? (I'm pretty sure nobody makes over 80k a week there).

He has a fixed release clause of under £8m. So even after signing bonuses and agent fees, the fee probably won't top £12m. It all comes down to what kind of wages he is after.

Same situation with Falcao, he has a release clause somewhere between €55m and €60m. The only way he is with Atlético in February is if he rejects more money elsewhere.

If the asking price is 45million Euros, I'll go insane if Roman doesn't pay that!

Once that release clause is triggered and he agrees a deal with another team, Atletico can't do much (if anything). And for Falcao, again, I say it's worth it. I don't care how much stick the team/board/fans/the owner gets, it's freaking Falcao.

I think Inter wanted to slash his wages and he was furious because he had significant time left on his deal.

Brad Friedel extends with Spurs til 2014, an odd move for him when he could be a starter elsewhere.

Maybe Lloris isn't going to stay there?
