Sweatt and Gordon with Schroeder seems to be an excellent line so far based on the last 2 games. They're by far the best line on the ice early in this game so far. Excellent zone pressure and cycling, good on the breakout too and responsible defensively. Gordon seems to be reading off of Schroeder well and Sweatt is very useful with his hustle and speed.
Mallet with a huge hit. Impressed with this pick — smart player and very physical, plus he seems to have pretty good tools so definitely some offensive potential there.
Mallet with a turnover but then hustles back to stop the pass. Definitely seems to be good about staying involved. So far this early in the season I prefer him to Friesen, especially considering he's a year younger.

He sounds great defensively already, and have some offensive upside. If he turns out like Burrows, we have another fan favourite in the making.
Schroeder line draws a penalty with another excellent offensive shift. They're really rolling right now, they're able to keep lengthy zone pressure unlike any other Wolves line this season.
2nd unit of Kassian - Schroeder - Sweatt was good, 1st unit of Ebbett - Davies - someone was horrible and almost got scored on. Ebbett has been horrible for a while now.

Has Kass been effective this game so far. I'm Hoping he has quite a a few hits as much as he is producing offensively. That's my dream right now and believe he will be that type of player.

How ready would you say he looks? You have been pretty bang on about precious prospects and do you think he can fill a top 9 role if there is a season this year?
