This list is more of a fantasy thing, on how they are playing. Looks mostly at stats, and Nurse is like 18th in Defense scoring, and like 78th overall.

Thats why you wont see him.

Its pretty much a joke actually.

Look no further then the ommission of John Gibson because he has played one fewer game then required by the rules of this thing, he apparently isnt in the top 50.

It states:
"Player rankings are based on statistical production and are intended to value the impact a player has on the game"

Like I said, a joke....

ok, maybe your right, but my turn to say "I think your spreading it a bit thick" You could be right, after all things must be slow for TSN with no NHL. But Nurse's stats are up there too if you compare them to some on the list. Mind you his +- fell off a cliff in the last week, and being top 3 in the league in penalty minutes is not helping either I guess. Either way I'm just surprised he's not there.

They did the same thing for the QMJHL. They left Jonathan Drouin off the list because he didn't play enough games (due to injury) and he's producing at 2pts/game.

Back in 08-09 they had Rob Kwiet as one of the top 5 players in the league.

12g 55a in 66 games and a +54 that's all I will say.
