And I wish I had an onion, shallot, or chives for breakfast. And some bacon. In the freezer I have filet, sirloin, NY strip, italian sausage, bratwurst, pork chops, (leftover roast in the fridge), nice lean ground round (leftover chili in fridge), salmon, and sole. But no bacon. Will have to grab some after church, I suppose.
Trying to get over a bout of PMD (post mongering depression) so took advantage of an offer of the luxury box from a friend; I just had to fill it with suitable companionship.
My current plan is Buffalo for XMas and then I'm heading to Medellin for a couple weeks followed by some time in Quito and Buenos Aires. Going to check out real estate in Medellin and Ecuador while Buenos Aires is for 'sight seeing'.

Doesn't really effect me today as we're just lounging around the house right now and I'm planning out my menu for the week. Then we're going to take my son to see Wreck it Ralph and go shopping and come home and do some of my prep stuff for the week's menu.

Not really. The humor just comes from hiding him in the background of random pictures with kids. Obviously nobody condones what he actually represents, it's just amusing to see him hidden in the background of pictures.

Yesterday we had a hard fought 4-4 tie and my big guy got his first goal of the season.
Today, my big guy was in goal for an 8-1 win that was a good team effort.
Nice! My son had his first game of the year (house league) and has discovered that if he busts his tail to get from place to place, he's in the play. Despite his line getting scored on twice in a 5-3 win, he was pretty good defensively and in the play more than just about any game since last season's tournament. He had the best two practices probably ever earlier in the weekend... and we're back on the ice again tomorrow evening.
You guys make me feel like ... well, a 5 year old, talking about your kids lol... Thats great though to have them involved in hockey young. It's in their blood now
Now if anyone knows of any good rec/beer/whatever leagues to play it that arent extremely expesnive, I'd be greatly appreciative...
