Islanders obviously want him back for his playing ability, but also they fall ~2 million under the cap floor should he not return...considering his cap hit is 5.6 million, and he is only getting paid 3 million, it's the exact type of player the cash strapped Islanders love, it's easy to see why they are upset. Too bad...
I have no doubt Visnovsky will be back in Slovan next year and play out a few more years with Slovan in the KHL, be interesting to see what happens in the next fews days with regards to this...I'd bet he doesn't play tomorrow though, that's for sure...
