It was beginning to do my head in as well.

Spelling mistakes are one thing, claims of dyxlexia another but please learn to spell our players names right. Even if you have to copy and paste it from the team list on the Marlies website.

He played last night, Eakins just isn't giving him much ice time. He really isn't getting the opportunity to show what he's worth (i.e. getting top six minutes with offensive linemates), plus his confidence is probably at an all time low.

I don't think we'll see much of him until the lockout ends.

I'm excited to see how Komarov how would be in the show.

Too bad owners and players are stunting that possibility. I really think he could make the team. Even with limited minutes, I think he would make an ideal bottom 6er.

He would certainly could not be any worse or less effective Lombardi, if you're using last seasons production as a barometer.

He was put in last minute yesterday for Kenny Ryan.

Surprised Ryan was taken out but I think Ross must have been feeling antsy.

Anyone know which team's in the AHL are Tough & strong ones ??? I want to know when we will be seeing Devane !

Hopefully these last 4 periods show that our team is finally firing on all cylinders, and are able to hold themselves up at a higher compete level.

I almost wonder if the lack of production at the start was simply because the coaching staff wanted the puck passed around alot, as we seem to do a lot of it ! Perhaps they are settling down, and getting some chemistry, as our PP the passing is spectacular, just need the finish.

EDIT : I wanna see Devane out for Boston game to fight Bobby Robins !!!

Why would you say that? He's played a whopping 2 professional games during a lockout which produces jam packed AHL rosters. All rookies should know their place. Sit patiently and wait for an opportunity.

The #Marlies will look to sweep Texas as they face San Antonio (8pm, TSN1050). The preview http://*******/Uu9ovq #AHL

Jon Abbott ‏@HockeyAbbs

#Marlies warm-up news: Abbott out with injury,

Scratches: Yeo, Hamilton, McKegg, Rynnas.

Colborne, Kadri, Ryan return to lineup vs #rampage

---------------------------

Not sure why Hamilton is a scratch, he's been good.
Edit: Seems like a few guys are getting the night off with 3 games in 3 nights.

Add Holzer to scratches. 3 games in less than 3 days with long trip to OKC coming means rest and roster rotation, probable lines coming..

Komarov-Aucoin-Zigomanis
Ross-Colborne-Scott
Deschamps-Acton-Ashton
D'amigo-Kadri-Ryan

Gardiner-Kostka
Ranger-Gysbers
Fraser-Blacker

(please don't complain about kadri playing on what you think is the 4th line. lines get rotated equally for the most part)

San Antonio is off to an average start also, so with 3-in-3 it's probably the best time to rotate some bodies in/out.

Marlies game starts momentarily on TSN 1050 and AHL Live. Colborne and Kadri back in while Spencer Abbott is out with an undisclosed injury. Mark Owuya starts in goal and I've got all your line combos right here :: http://blog.marlies.ca/preview-marlies-rampage/

Ashton has looked like a completely different player these last 3 games.

It's making me smile I've said be patient and wait and he will come around as last year he wasn't getting a strong spot in a team that had all the lines set, Marlies calder cup team. He's finally showing he is just more than a bruiser and a guy who plays a solid defense
