WSOF on NBC 11/3..

Anyone going to check it out? Andrei Arlovski, Miguel Torres, Rumble Johnson are all on the card and the MMA debut of Tyrone Spong...it should be entertaining.

Tyrone Spong adding competent takedown defense would be frightening for anyone in his division. No one would be able to stand with him.

Gokhan Saki was another guy I think that would do very well in mma if he could figure out how to stay standing.

Spong is interesting..hes only 27 and has legit world class striking..trains with the Blackzillians so you have to think hes still developing his grapple/wrestling game.

The Johnson vs Linderman fight should be interesting.

Other than that it will probably be a **** show of squash matches.

Always nice to crush a can and call it an MMA debut. Nice fight by Tyrone Spong.

Talk about getting thrown to the wolves. You just felt bad for Bartlett. I understand giving Spong an easy fight in his debut just so he can get his feet wet, but let's hope there's a significant step up in competition for his next fight. He definitely throws bombs.

Moraes is impressive. Torres needs a finish to win.

Well, I may have spoken a little too soon. Fireworks in the first half of the first round were exceptional, but it was pretty low risk from there on out.

He must've had some freak surgery that allowed him to detach his arm and then re-attach it after weigh ins were over. Doesn't even make sense. He's a big 205er and he actually thought he could fight at 170.
