This is very early but around Christmas time I will be switching over to Fifa 13 so I'll most likely be looking to turn my HUT players and pucks into FUT coins and players. Just a heads up to anyone who plays both. I'll post my roster once I have the game.

..Neideriter (NYI) plays alot like RNH ...Ben Eager (EDM) hits hard/skates well
Nino is deadly for me..... probably average about 2-2.5g/game with him, and SURPRISINGLY one of my better hitters too. RNH is a good comparison as i plan on pairing the two up soon
Komisarek(TOR-80) hits like a freight train. Typically can be grabbed for 50pucks
Radulov (NSH-81) is a good too for a lower end guy. The non-SOTW version can be found with some diggin in the 1k-range.
Basically most of the 'star' juniors are cheap and effective (Yakupov, Galch, Huberdeau, Siemens, etc...)
I'm getting so fed up with these short side goals. I keep loosing games becuase of that goal. It's a curse!
Change your defensive strategy, if that doesn't work, change your neutral zone setup. Don't forecheck too much.
edit: If you have a dman selected, dont switch unless hes in his position. This should go for every position but it matters most on D.
AI tends to do retarded ****, never assume they will just go back at their spot. In theory that should leave both sides of the net
covered and limit short side shots.
I have no read on the market anymore. No idea what's going on with these prices. Thinking it may be a good time to just sell off any and every player I'm not keeping for good.

Yeah. I usually always have my forecheck up. I try not to back-skate but it happens and it burns me.. I freakin' hate how when I dump the puck in and go to a new line to change and my forwards and usually always my Defence and the slower ones never change and they even get a chance to.
I could try playing as the goalie and taking away the short-side as i've seen that works but everytime I try and go switch to the goalie it never works...

Laugh all you want but just last week I saw more than a handful of Toews listed in that exact same ballpark.
