So I traded that Phanuef I got for 3K in exchange for Tyler Myers and 5K pucks that some random guy sent to me. I may have been able to get more profit by selling Phanuef, but I really wanted Myers for my team and with the 5K pucks, I still have 23K in total.

Set the maximum BIN price to however many pucks you have, and then search. Go all the way the the one hour mark, where cards are listed as "1 hour". Keep flipping back and forth between pages looking for steals. Look at the cards with the time remaining between 59 mins and 1 hour. Those cards have just been listed and if you do it right you should be able to find some good deals. Be fast when purchasing a card though, often there are other people doing this at the same time as you and they will be going for the same cards.

To add to this, you're looking at the BIN, not the start price. The objective is to do a BIN on someone you know sells for much more. Leave yourself plenty of room for profit.

Yeah, but i've told people that and tell me they never get good steals because someone will just buy it now after they bid... People will always be more attracted to the lower number naturally

i put up all my players on ps3 at 50 bid with 5 hours remaining the players are sotw pavelski, sotw eiroff, big joe, kesler, gagne, bakstrom, grabner, hossa, j. johnson, burns, edler, mcdonagh and giardi team name is vancity 1997 on the ps3 bid or send trades
Anyone else score more with their bottom 3 lines then their top superior line?
For me it depends. I'll have some streak where my top line can't be stopped and will score every game, and then streaks where I can't score with them but I usually don't go more than 2-3 games without my top line scoring.
But at the same time, I have a stacked team (my 4th line is Ebs-RNH-Hall) so even if my 1st doesn't score it doesn't really matter, because all 4 lines could be the 1st technically.
Got bored of HUT for a little but I'm back into it so I can switch up my team. Going to make up a best possible leaf team. So I'll be looking for the following players:
I really want a deal pack to come out. The market is so empty it only takes me 50 pages to get to the 1 hour mark, and new cards pop up every 20 seconds or so. Plus, I have 112k that I would just have a field day with all the lowered prices.
