Allen just made a lead-protecting save. The Wolves have played a sloppy game. If they move on with a series win today, they should consider themselves lucky, and work on tightening up their defence. I'm disappointed in Cundari's and Chorney's play today.

Jaskin just made his 2nd consecutive steal back of the Rochester goal, by knocking an American off the puck. He's like a man among boys. he's looked great at times. I can't wait until he takes a power skating course and improves his skating over this summer.

Allen has looked very good at times this game. But some games this series, he has made some bad mistakes. He'll need to be more consistently good in the next series against Toronto.

This is exactly right.

Allen sometimes overreacts to calls and gets burned for it. He is usually unflappable. The Wolves' defense is suspect.

Thought the same thing. They must teach the guys to sleep through the first period. Rope a dope. Must be.

Just wanted to pass along a big Congratulations to the boys for making it to the next round. It was a hard fought series. Mistakes are part of the game and bound to happen in a tight checking playoff series. Overall the team did well. I wanted toi see more from Rattie. Rochester forchecking probably the best i have seen in the AHL. Regner quietly putting points up. Chorney and Cundari are the game changers in the back end. They never quit. Cracknell was great the 1st game back. Allen was great 4out of 5 games. The whole team had bad luck in game 4. It happens. Mariles next. Let's go Wolves!

So I was looking at hockeydb, and it almost looks like Jaskin is inactive now. Is he hurt or something? Or is hockeydb just dumb. Stats wise he had a nice series. I'm excited to see what he can do the rest of these playoffs.

Wolves down 3-2

But Davies just scored a beauty. That dude has nice hands. Hakanpaa got puck up ice for long pass to Rattie who made an amazing between the legs redirect pass to Davies who broke in alone.

Marlies player in alone and Allen stopped him stone cold

Allen made another game-saving save, and then on a 2-on-1, extended for a wide shot, and tipped it into his own net. 4-2 Marlies. The Wolves have been gambling a lot on offence, and have been giving up 2 on 1s and breakaways like they are on sale. They are NOT going to win this series if they keep playing like this.

Rattie almost scored on a nice one-timer off a rebound. The Wolves still have to score 2 to tie it up with only 9 minutes left.

Wolves on the power play. They need to score now, or time will likely run out on them.

Bummer, Game 1 to the Marlies 5-2.

The Wolves have added Jacob Doty and Tommy Vannelli of the Medicine Hat Tigers to the roster.

I hope he eventually makes the Blues for the sole purpose of me being able to post this any time he does anything.

Allen's been getting lit up threw the first 2 games against the Marlies, hope he bounces back for game 3.

So in other words, he won't be anything special. Future ECHLer by the looks of it.

He's a tough guy, why would he have ever been "anything special"?

Idk, you rarely see invites get signed to ELC's immediately after camp. He doesn't look to special even for a tough guy.

Seems like Allen is really struggling in the playoffs. Down 3-2 in the first period of game 3.

3-3 tie after 2 periods. Tyler Shattuck tied it up with a nice goal.

Jaskin is going to be a stud once he improves his skating.
