Why does google chrome suck ?

I need a plugin to watch videos on hockeystreams.com. However, when I go to download it, google chrome stops it and says I have to go to the google chrome web store. I go there and all the plugins/aps are ****in' useless. Can't find anything remotely useful.

****ing sucks.

Go to

chrome://chrome/extensions/

and drag and drop the extension file into Chrome.

Should work. At least it did for me.

Chrome doesn't suck

Even if you had "ethical concerns" about Chrome and Google (and Google is pretty hard to avoid nowadays), Chromium allows for many spin-offs, such as Comodo Dragon

Because Internet Explorer provides everything you need for your internet browsing experience.

Huh. Never had a plug in problem with Chrome in my 3 years of using it. I stream a lot of video, too.

Chrome is great. I still have Firefox at home because I'm set in my ways, but I use Chrome at work.

Can you change the folder icons on the favorites bar in Chrome?

Chrome is excellent... actually switched from Firefox to Chrome because Firefox wasn't working with NJTransit website.

Before anyone else piles on. Chrome recently changed the way unknown addons are installed. You can no longer just download and click and go.

I know this because I downloaded, clicked and went when I originally installed the Steamgifts addon and then had to reinstall it a few weeks ago and Chrome said "NO!". So I had to drag and drop the file into the extensions browser in Chrome to make it work.

I tried to use chrome, but I ran into issues with it. But it's still a good browser. I just find FF to be more reliable.

In Firefox you can and that's one of the main reasons I prefer it.

I love Chrome's simplistic design. Only issue I've had with it is that I can't download documents sometimes with it (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Not sure why that happens, but I have to use Explorer sometimes when that's the issue.

Chrome's Gmail button hasn't been working properly for a while for me. I have to restart the browser in order to get it working.

And second, OP should be going to ****** pay-for-illegal-streams site like Hockeystreams in the first place when you've free ones like wiziwig.eu.
