I need a plugin to watch videos on hockeystreams.com. However, when I go to download it, google chrome stops it and says I have to go to the google chrome web store. I go there and all the plugins/aps are ****in' useless. Can't find anything remotely useful.
Even if you had "ethical concerns" about Chrome and Google (and Google is pretty hard to avoid nowadays), Chromium allows for many spin-offs, such as Comodo Dragon
Because Internet Explorer provides everything you need for your internet browsing experience.

Before anyone else piles on. Chrome recently changed the way unknown addons are installed. You can no longer just download and click and go.
I know this because I downloaded, clicked and went when I originally installed the Steamgifts addon and then had to reinstall it a few weeks ago and Chrome said "NO!". So I had to drag and drop the file into the extensions browser in Chrome to make it work.
I love Chrome's simplistic design. Only issue I've had with it is that I can't download documents sometimes with it (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Not sure why that happens, but I have to use Explorer sometimes when that's the issue.
