That throw there is why Leftwich shouldn't be the QB.

I still don't buy that Batch would do any better. His passes are all floaters.

Batch would find a better target, and he's good at taking what they give you.

That decision making. Why are you throwing it to the FB when he's covered deep down the sidelines? Take the check down and keep the chains moving. Leftwich has been doing that just about all game.

it would be different for sure. I'm just not convinced it'd be better.

they are both pretty bad quarterbacks. that's really all I'm saying. Batch might be smarter, but he is even worse at throwing the ball than Byron.

Batch should come back next year as the assistant quarterbacks coach.

I know, but just for this situation, I think Batch is the better choice. The short passing games is what's been working this game and this season for us. Leftwich is a deep ball thrower since he has no finesse. Batch can't go deep though. That's why they both are backups.

edit: Also Dwyer should be the starting RB from here on out.

If wallace could hold his feet, Leftwich would be leading us to a win right now.

I'd say Dywer is the reason, but to each their own.

Leftwich 30 yard TD runs: 1. Dwyer TD runs: 0.

Just keep running the ball until they prove they can stop you.

We'll probably have one more shot if the defense holds.

Could really use a turnover from this turnover starved defense.

I'd almost say QB is another draft need unfortunately.
