I can't believe Pac-12 officials are working the NCG. Get ready for tons of flags and illogical calls. The Pac-12 zebras love the attention.

Here is the reward for winning the New Mexico Bowl, an ugly ass soccer ball looking trophy.

Looks like something a 5 year old drew up.

It's Native American pottery with the teams decorated on it. Seems pretty unique to me. Who cares you DB

Stoops failed to produce decent teams, that was his problem. Rich Rod has done more in one year than Stoops ever did. Having said that, football expectations in Tucson are a distant second to what happens at the McKale Center. Always has been, always will be.

Full disclosure, WVU fan/alum, with family ties to Tucson.

Not my job to watch every single bowl

Not even tempted to do that as a college football fan

I'm glad I'm missing out on this

BYU just scored a TD off a fumble in the end zone. Still technically a lousy game, but since I cut the cord, ESPN 3 fills that live sports void.

I mean the following chain of events is pretty entertaining:

SDSU picks off BYU at the SDSU 1 yard line.
BYU defender knocks ball out of SDSU QB's hand in their endzone, fumble recovered by BYU. Touchdown.
SDSU gets ball, fumbles immediately.
BYU runs ball into endzone for second TD. Misses PAT.

If you cut the cord, you can't watch ESPN3.

The Beef O'Bradys Bowl is being held @ the Trop in Tampa Bay. Who's dumb idea is this? I am listening to the game on ESPN Radio and they have been talking non-stop about the wierd set-up and turf.

It's been there for a few years...Raymond James would be a better spot but it already hosts the Outback Bowl and the Bucs are still in season as well. The Under Armor game which is a game for some of the top recruits in the country is held at the trop as well.

Probably an ISP by ISP agreement then, but considering how expensive Comcast is, they can afford to throw in ESPN 3 IMO.

Albuquerque, like most of New Mexico, has a large native american population and heritage. The city of Albuquerque is decorated in native american art. That said, that is one ugly trophy.
