Why are these "scans" usually of so poor quality? I would have wanted a photo from another article from the seventies but it was in terrible condition.

I don't think the scan is poor, the paper has just worn out.

Btw I doubt that the avg hockey fan knows about Mtl Victorias or NYA's or the old Ottawa club because they would assume that hockey is original 6.

Might as well teach the basics in Cdn schools rather than wasting time reading stories out loud to grade sixes while they sit on the floor like 5 year olds.
