I know Mr. Finger has enjoyed the chicken taco recipe I shared here a while back...dump some chicken boobs in there, cover with a jar of picante sauce/salsa, add an envelope of taco seasoning and cover with chicken broth to keep moist. When you get home, shred the chicken and have tacos...leftovers are great on pizza too.

I have a million crockpot recipes. I heart the crockpot

I need to get some Christmas/Birthday presents for the wife.

She has hinted at wanting a nice infinity scarf/hat/gloves combo.

As much as I want to do Burberry, its just not happening.

Any other mid level options out there? The RL ones I have looked for have been rather meh, Vineyard Vines does not have much, same for Rugby.

Yea. That's the one she keeps making. It was good the first 3 times, but after 15, it makes me want to vomit.

I am schizophrenic when it comes to movies. I like a good chick flick but I also like a good special effects/explosions everywhere movie too.
Oh hell yes - when its on I watch all four hours of it - and I can usually mouth the dialogue along with the actors. And along with the movie, watching the documentary about the making of the movie is as fascinating as the movie itself.

Movie fact - the white horse being ridden by Scarlett's father is the original Silver for the Lone Ranger.

May not be considered a chick flick - but I am totally obsessed with Phantom of the Opera right now - no matter what version - silent, Broadway, movie, book - have three versions on my DVR now - one with commercials, one without, and the Broadway 25th anniversary. Can't get enough Phantom.

One thing I've been meaning to try is turning the crockpot into a "smoker"....get a piece of brisket...rub it with a spice blend, sear it, and then throw it in the crockpot with some beef broth, some liquid smoke, more seasonings, and just let it cook.

I'd give you a recipe, but i don't have one...this exists in my head.

I make pulled pork like this in the crockpot. It's kickass. Pork shoulder, liquid smoke, salt, a couple of garlic cloves, some whole peppercorns, water, a little cider vinegar, cook overnight, pull, sauce, serve.

What's a recipe btw? Play with your food and that's how you get the best stuff.

My mom got me a smoker, just cuz, and during her visit this weekend, we smoked a pork butt, and then yesterday, smoked a turkey. It was all kinds of delicious. And so easy, it should be illegal.

Not sure if he "sucks" but he is never ever going to be confused with Kevin Spacey, Jack Nicholson or Morgan Freeman...I dig alot of his movies, but he is hardly a great actor IMO...

We're putting new coversheets on all the TPS reports before they go out now. So if you could go ahead and try to remember to do that from now on, that'd be great.

As far as John Cusack goes, I have seen and liked most of his movies-except Serendipity. However as far as Cusack criticism goes, I give you Con-Air. Although that really was not a movie, was it?
