Anyone here from Reno? Moving there next month and I'm wondering if you get Bay Area feeds for Sharks games (and A's/Giants/Niners) with cable/dish ... I'd rather not pay for Center Ice.

Thank you!!

I used to get the Sharks games at at a few of the hotels that I stay(in room, not just the betting areas/bars) at over there so I'm assuming that you should, but I'm not absolutely sure. I'll try to check with a relative of mine who lives there.

No it doesn't. FB and 4chan have nothing in common. And Amazon's nemesis would be ebay. Craigslist would be ebay's nemesis.

Good day to Die Hard - releasing on Valentine's day (IMAX, theatres). I wonder how many "dates" that day will end up @ the movie (or will it be only the unromantic)?

The last one was extremely disappointing(worse than Indy 4 compared to its respective trilogy). This one looks slightly better but I still think I'll pass.

Yesir, as far as I know there are only two of us here in Reno from the boards. I get every Sharks game with DirecTV and no center ice (pretty much). Hell, I get less blackouts then I got living in the bay area in that regard.

Lareves lives up here too, so far he's the only other person I know of. Need any local info or anything let me know. It's a great town and the people here are in general are absurdly friendly.

Myspace. It seems like it might have purpose are first, but at best its useful powers are covered by other heroes/sites, and at worst its just laughably ineffective in all but the most specialized situations.

^ blah myspace had all the features facebook did before people started flocking to facebook. personally i prefered the customizing of each persons myspace page instead of boring cookie cutter pages of facebook.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but had a quick question for you all. I figured it was time for a new sweater. I haven't bought one in awhile. Would you all go with a CCM replica teal Sharks vintage jersey with Wilson 24 on the back or an authentic black Joe Thornton? Prices are similar for both for me, so I'm kind of debating back and forth. I'm kind of leaning towards the Wilson just because it's vintage.

If it were me, I'd go vintage. That's only because I already have two Thornton sweaters and a blank Edge one. Never hurts to add some depth to your collection, IMO.

If you're going to go Vintage, don't go for the obvious choice of Wilson. C'mon, be that guy that gets known for having a Jarmo Myllys jersey.

Roll vintage. That teal the sweetest teal around.

Definitely vintage, I love those jerseys. Of course, I also dislike the black jersey.

I have long considered lettering my original teal jersey, I should definitely go with Myllys. I actually always debate which semi-obscure Shark I should put on it. I with Garpenlov were famous for something other than hitting a post so I could go with him.
