Of course, we will never find a new MSL, but I think a lot of Stammers goals are because of MSL and I don't see any prospect in our system who could get a good playmaker. Maybe Palat and Richard ( both have a ton of assists), but non of them will be an elite PM so we could really need one... Hopefully we get at least a chance to draft Drouin, when they lock out the whole season.

True. (what you said, not the point you were disagreeing with)

It has been many moons since they last played, but tablets have been found depicting Stamkos being moved off of Marty's line and continuing to produce. That might be a legend though.

Now whether Marty had an assist in the majority of them or not is beside the point as Stamkos didn't run into a lot of trouble without him.

After last season you can't say lots of Stammer goals are because of MSL, Stamkos is an unreal player, best goalscorer I've ever seen (I haven't seen a lot, so don't be harsh on me )

Sorry when I'm wrong... I don't think that Stammer is so good because of MSL, but I do think that he needs somebody to feed him with pucks and there is nobody better than MSL. So it wouldn't be bad do have somebody who can pass as good as possible when MSL is away. Do you get my point??

We do have Purcell, though, who seems to click pretty well with Stamkos.

And didn't St. Louis have less assists on Stamkos' 60 goals last year than on his 45 goals in 2010-11? I vaguely remember reading that somewhere... sometime... (the lockout makes me forget things). At least I know for fact that he only had 19 assists on those 60 goals last year!

Yeah but still it seems like Stammer creates his own goals, doesn't even need a playmaker

Yep, I made that point Marty assisted on 24 Stammer goals (out of 45) in 2011 and only 20 (out of 60) last season.

Crunch look like ****.
Only good thing about this game is getting to hear Brass Bonanza over and over again...Crunch look dead.

9:05pm, Richard Panik is incredible.

That period was truly sick. Palat - Johnson - Panik is a sick line.
Barbs with the GWG. Amazing comeback and win.

Barberio scores haha. That's the real team we know. Down 3 - 0 in the 3rd and come away with the win.

Think the Whale remember Panik from the playoffs last season when he eliminated them with a breakaway OT goal?

Damn resilient team. I thought they played a pretty good second period, just weren't getting any lucky bounces. Panik is the ****ing man. Bingo tommorow

Did not catch any of the game but checked AHL for updates and NOT at all surprised they came out in the third to comeback and win. That is just what this team does.

What do the Crunch have against obese people? So many times the Fat Lady is told to come out and sing only to be sent back to the green room by them; does Cooper know how much effort it takes for her to waddle to and from the stage?

Pretty uneventful game so far. Both teams feinting and proding one another.

Spoke too soon. Good forecheck from the Sens, nice save from Tokarski but a rebound and putback for the sens. 1-0 Sens

******** interference call on Nielson.

Jonson with a shorty 1-1 now.
