The chances keep coming, but nothing in the net.

Better start to the 3rd for WHL. Should be an exciting finish.

Same with Sissons.

I think he's the forward that's played the most against Yakupov. Seems to have alot of trust from the coach.

What I've noticed between this close game and the OHL games is that this is game has a lot more scoring chances but goalies coming up big. Whereas the OHL games were more about either missing scoring chances or just not getting any scoring chances.

Nesterov bad turnover, but he recovered.

That was good puck support by Murray. He didn't just make the pass, he followed it up to help out his teammate.

Edit: Overall, I think the WHL team has had good support in the D zone.

That was Siemens if your referring to the pass that led to the dump in before the commercial break.

Sissons is awesome, I thought for sure we would have picked him up with #35 pick.

The kid is captain material potential and he has developed this pest since last year.

It's Robert Kubica who was the main driver for BMW and Renault in F1 until a terrible rally crash.

All I saw was the BMW badge so I assumed it was a recent photo.

Sissons has alot of nice qualities that's for sure.

Really like what I've seen out of Shinkaruk this game. Hadn't had a chance to see him play much this year, but he's a lot more willing to get his hands dirty than I expected. Has had some great board battle wins, not afraid to take it straight to the net either.

No, I was talking about a short pass in his own zone. Murray passed it to his teammate, but immediately headed in to give him a hand.

I hope Siemens is getting used to being on Yakupov this much, he'll be playing against him a lot in the NHL.

Shinkaruk has definatley grown since I saw him last year. He looked really small and fragile last year, looking much bigger and stronger on his skates.

Way too much skill to be taken outside of the top 10.

Sissons looks hurt. Didn't look good getting up or getting to the bench.

Went to the gym midway through the first period, what's the story of the game so far? Goalies playing that well or just not many scoring opportunities, or...?

Decent game some good chances but nothing to show for it on the scoreboard from either side.
